We had picked up our car at the airport over an hour of ahead of time. I had made a mistake and chosen a pickup time too far in advance of when the plane had landed. The total price for the rental was larger than the total indicated on the reservation; the computer calculated extra time for the rental since I was picking up early. The staff member was able to work the problem out so I did not have to pay the extra amount.
