it’s a little nerve wrecking to start therapy, especially having to open up about things in life and being worried your therapist might not be the right fit. i was worried about, what if i don’t feel comfortable with the therapist that i match with, but the algorithm did great justice and i truly love my therapist whom i matched with! she creates a safe space and makes me feel no judgement at all, making me feel comfortable with things i share.
