I ordered a phone on a Saturday and it arrived the following Thursday. The battery was dead and wasn’t charging as fast as I thought it should. I called Gazelle and was told to try using a different charger. That turned out to be the problem. I was also reminded that I have 30 days to receive a full refund if I’m not satisfied.
