Was purchasing an AC drip pan online; when picking up the team member, Ryan, said he wanted to show it to me first as it was bent; said if I didn't like it he would gladly reorder one for me. The first pan was slightly bent, and while speaking with Ryan, another employee said that they had received 3 other ones. He brought them all out so I could choose which one I wanted. Ryan was customer oriented, courteous, and friendly. This was my first time buying from Grainger, but would certainly return due to the customer service alone!
