I had a great experience with my sales rep Chris and Manager Mike at the Dale Mabry store in Tampa FL, after receiving my recliner I was surprised to see that it was going to be uncomfortable on my back. Chris sent a tech to remove some filler and still it was not working for me. After explaining my situation to Mike the manager at my store, he had me come in and sit in all the recliners till I found the perfect one. we then exchanged it, and I couldn't be happier with the service both Chris and Mike provided. This was my 3rd or 4th recliner from La-Z Boy and it won't be my last.
