It's a given, as water and power customers, because we have to have the service we don't have a choice. And they know that! And they will treat you as such. Getting my deposit back since Nov 2021 (Still haven't received it) is an act of Congress. Yes, they sent it once and I had to leave that property on an emergency so the check was returned to them. One person will say ok we got you in the system to get it out. A few weeks later when you check in, no one knows anything.
