How long does Lifetouch take to process pictures?
How soon will I receive pictures after Picture Day? Your child’s pictures will arrive approximately 3-4 weeks after your Picture Day. Picture envelopes will be sent to your child’s school, league, or organization for distribution. Some proof programs can take up to 4-6 weeks before the portraits arrive.

How long does it normally take to get school pictures back?
When do school portraits arrive? Your child’s portraits will be delivered to school about three weeks after Picture Day or your proof order due date. For some late orders or reorders, you may have the opportunity to get your order shipped directly to your home.

Is Lifetouch still in business?
On January 28, 2017, Lifetouch closed all of the portrait studios that were present in select Target stores. The company was acquired by Shutterfly in 2018 in an all-cash deal valued at $825 million.

Do Lifetouch pictures expire?
If you are a Lifetouch Customer, our goal is to make the photos we create available to you for years to come, and we will endeavor to retain a digital copy of one or more of your current and future school photos for you to claim and archive in your Shutterfly account for as long as that account remains active.
