How annoying! Didn't read these reviews before purchasing, naively thinking it would be more reliable ordering directly from the company. Two pairs of shoes purchased, about a week ago. Label created but not dispatched. No response from customer service. Looking at the other reviews I think it's time to contact the bank and get this cancelled.
