What hours does OnTrac deliver?
OnTrac has two service levels: Sunrise and OnTrac Ground. Sunrise is the mid-day service, which means packages get delivered before noon from Monday to Friday. Through OnTrac Ground, packages will get delivered by end of day, which could mean around 5 pm until 12 midnight.
How many times will OnTrac attempt delivery?
There will be up to three (3) Package delivery attempts but a Package will be charged its base Rates and applicable Surcharges only once. If delivery cannot be completed within the three (3) attempts, the Package will be returned per the Package Return Guidelines listed below.
Can I see exactly where my OnTrac package is?
Visit the official OnTrac page. Locate the input area where it says “Enter your tracking number here…” Type your tracking number in the field. Click on the red button and then you can get all the up-to-date info.

I've had no problems with OnTrac. I place many online orders & the times that onTrac has delivered has been great! Delivery is on time, the boxes/pkgs are delivered with care in front of my door (which is where I want it), delivery person also rings the doorbell.
