• Weekdays: The customer service department is open weekdays between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• Weekends: The customer service department is open Sat – Sun: OFF closed in the event a holiday falls on a weekday or weekend, ReadyRefresh is open for business.
• Faults & Customer support: ReadyRefresh ‘s faults and customer support teams are open for all year round during working days & also public holidays.

How does Ready Fresh work?
We deliver great-tasting water right to your door and pick up your empties when you’re done hydrating. This is a great solution for our environmentally-minded customers. All you have to do is leave your empty 3- and 5-gallon bottles out for your ReadyRefresh driver to pick up at your next delivery.

Where does ReadyRefresh water come from?
Not only do we 100% source and bottle ORIGIN in America, but we also help conserve the springs’ sources and surrounding land from where our premium water comes. We deliver this refreshing spring water in either *100% recycled plastic bottles (*Excludes label and cap) or in recyclable cans only.

Does ReadyRefresh charge a cancellation fee?
If you cancel your membership within three (3) business days of signing up, Company will refund your full membership fee; provided that Company may charge you (or withhold from your refund) the value of any membership benefits used by you and your account during said three (3) day period.
