I have been using rent the runway for almost 4 years religiously and I love it. I do admit it there can be a learning curve to understand how to pick clothes/designers but over time you learn designers you love and the most important thing is to read reviews from people who have a similar body size to yours. I seldom get items that do not fit me when i stick to renting items that only have reviews. Once in a while i might get something that i just genuinely do not like, doesn't look good on my body type, or wasn't what I thought. My closet has shrunk so much and I just rent most of my core clothes. For people saying that they receive items that are worn out - I am not sure what to say because it has maybe happened to me 3 times in almost four years. my best advice if you are thinking of trying it is give it a few months and read the reviews!!!!!
