Salt River Project, or SRP, is a non-profit community organization that provides affordable water and power to over 2 million people in central Arizona. - Weekdays: The customer service department is open Mon to Friday: 24/7, weekdays.
- Weekends: The customer service department is open Sat – Sun: 24/7 closed in the event a holiday falls on a weekday or weekend, SRP is open for business.
- Faults & Customer support: SRP’s faults and customer support teams are open for all year round during working days & also public holidays.

If you need to disconnect your permanent electric service, just log in to your SRP My Account™, fill out the Service Cancellation Form, and we’ll take care of the rest. Please allow one working day’s notice (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for the disconnection to occur.

The SRP protocol creates a large private key shared between the two parties in a manner similar to Diffie–Hellman key exchange based on the client side having the user password and the server side having a cryptographic verifier derived from the password.
