I do feel that it's a little over priced on messages. There are times we lose signal during calls but that doesn't bother me. If any of my calls are dropped, I'm not charged for that call. I have not had any major issues. I have used other providers through jail house calls and each service has been about the same. I do wish they had 24 hour customer service because the website will not let me access my account at the moment. It is only saying error establishing database connection and I have no way to report this until 8am.
