Patience! After initial disappointment with online services, I called Grohe Customer Service and was connected to Brian from Ohio. He understood that replacing cartridges for an older version of the Grohe Bridge Faucet required loosening the handle connections with warm air from a blow dryer, unscrewing the top portions to expose the old cartridges, and then from there it was a snap. He was patient, funny, encouraging every step of the way. If I can do it, anyone can with a little help from a Grohe pro. The leak stopped immediately. My beautiful Bridge Faucet is once again functioning as it should.
