We got an EILD Loan from the SBA about 20 Months ago. With all the extentions and other executive orders signed by the President, we have been attempting to get information on our loan to make sure that Payments have not changed. I have now had to ask the same questions 3 times since they apparently can not look at an email thread to see the account was verified previously and they do not read far enough to even see what questions your asking and just send canned messages. Also, the 2 phone numbers they give you do not have any options to talk to someone about an already open loan to get information on any changes.

What is SBA approved?

SBA Express loans, part of the SBA’s 7(a) loan program, offer the easiest application process and the fastest approval times among all SBA loans. These loans, with payoff periods as long as 25 years, are designed for purposes such as refinancing debt, buying equipment, or improving real estate.
