I called the store to ask for a product and the manager, Linda, I believe couldn't be nicer and more helpful! She actually went up to the offices and looked through all the boxes to find the one I was hoping for! She held it for me and I picked it up the next morning. There was an extremely happy child on Christmas with this toy! All the employees in the kitchener location were SUPER friendly and helpful.
